MES 3.0 is the underlying methodology and evaluator layer beneath the system's existing /extract and /extract-forge workflows. Where /extract-forge runs the operational end-to-end extraction pipeline (ungated, telemetry-only), MES 3.0 supplies the quality bar and decoding discipline those workflows aspire to: the 4-layer archaeology, the Crown Jewel / practitioner-mode prompt standard, the auto-split delivery protocol, and the transcendence-opportunity scan.
