Translates a common phrase into one or more languages.
Builds ADK Kotlin agents: LlmAgent with instructions and tools, @Tool function tools generated by KSP, hand-written tools, agent-as-tool and MCP, Sequential / Parallel / Loop agents and LLM transfer between sub-agents, callbacks and plugins, session state, artifacts, long-running and confirmation-gated tools, running with InMemoryRunner, and unit tests with a fake Model. Use when asked to create an agent, add or fix a tool, branch or loop between agents, run steps in parallel, pause for user approval, read or write session state, or test an agent. Don't use for build, dependency and CI questions (use adk-kotlin-setup).
Sets up ADK Kotlin: either a consumer project that depends on the published com.google.adk artifacts (Gradle or Maven coordinates, KSP wiring for the @Tool processor, Kotlin / JDK / Android floors) or a contributor checkout of the adk-kotlin repository (prerequisites, build and test commands, source-set placement, CI checks, PR rules). Use when asked to add ADK to a project, wire the KSP processor, fix an "unresolved reference" to a generated tool class, align Kotlin or JDK versions, build or test the repository, or prepare a pull request. Don't use for writing agents and tools (use adk-kotlin-agent-builder).
