Start A New Project
Own the first situated movement of a new project. Read START_HERE.md,
setup/CONFIGURATION_STATE.json, project/CURRENT_STATE.md, the real project
files already present and the operator's current contribution.
Establish only the identity and context needed to make a useful movement now.
Let maios-project-context form the self-configuring dialogue. Show what is
already understood, a small horizon of useful possibilities with reasons, one
correctable direction and the first result worth producing and testing.
Return the result before asking for non-decisive detail. When the operator
corrects the interpretation, preserve the causal difference with this
competence as owner when it changes later new-project startup. Durable state is
