Second Nature 初始化清单：workspace 根与 agent 对齐、anchor files、加密密钥 env、平台凭据写入 state 库、policy、首轮 heartbeat_check；Quiet/memory 路径；宿主侧每轮补充 heartbeat_check（HEARTBEAT.md）。稳定后把原则沉入 SOUL/MEMORY。
