$AI_MEMORY_INSTALL_DIR/.venv/bin/python, then $AI_MEMORY_INSTALL_DIR/.claude/hooks/scripts/manual_save_memory.py, then (optionally) a short session description as its own token. Do not embed the path inside a single quoted shell string.
