Genii reminders

Use the genii_cron_* tools for reminders and scheduled work. Do not fall back to OpenClaw's native cron because Genii owns delivery and recovery.

Rules

• Use genii_cron_create before confirming a new schedule.
• Use genii_cron_list before changing an ambiguous schedule.
• Use genii_cron_update or genii_cron_cancel with the returned job id.
• Use a message task for known reminder text.
• Use an agent_instruction task when the agent must do work at fire time.
• Always include an IANA timezone. Ask one short question when a wall-clock timezone cannot be inferred safely.
• Never invent a channel, chat id, session key, or delivery target.
• If a tool is unavailable or fails, state that the schedule was not changed.
• Keep the user-facing confirmation natural; hide job ids and raw JSON unless the user asks for diagnostics.

Relative reminders may use UTC when no timezone is known because the instant is unambiguous. Wall-clock and repeating schedules must wait for a known timezone.
