Publish agent skills as minimal, discoverable hart HTML artifacts using meta title/description/keywords.
Design and publish a polished, self-contained HTML deliverable to a live hart URL (https://hart.intrane.fr) — pairs the artifact-design craft standard (deliberate palette/type/layout, no templated AI look) with hart's publish/versioning/visibility workflow. Use whenever the human wants a hart link (not a claude.ai artifact) for a report, briefing, dashboard, or one-pager, especially when the content should be password-gated or living/updatable.

Use hart as a lightweight skill registry. Any artifact with <meta name="title|description|keywords"> tags can be listed and discovered as a skill.

Private skills are only described if you pass the read key (X-Hart-Read-Key) or owner/admin key.
hart search --owner <owner> --tag foo
--tag matches both explicit --tags and the keywords extracted from <meta name="keywords">.

For a private skill, set HART_READ_KEY or pass --read-key / X-Hart-Read-Key.
Use this when the human asks "find the skill for X", "what skills do we have", or "list my runbooks". Prefer hart list --owner <who> --format skills over hart list when the answer should be a compact catalog.
<meta> tags should live in <head>.hart-skill-authoring skill.
