Clawback under European waterfall is rare in CRE because carry is not paid
until the entire fund clears its hurdle. However, it can occur if:

2. Subsequent marks or realizations brought the fund below the hurdle
Clawback = max(0, Carry Distributed - Carry Actually Earned at current marks)
This is typically a small dollar amount relative to American waterfall clawback.
Model it for completeness.
