Intake triage and review routing
Use this skill for front-counter, intake, new-arrival, accept/reject/hold,
duplicate, completeness, routing, or due-back questions. Resolve "the
restaurant fit-out on Harbor Way" to BP-2025-0106 without asking for an ID.
Procedure
When asked generally about today's front counter, evaluate both intake
records:
- BP-2025-0105 — Greenfield Development LLC: Recommended decision is do
not accept it as a new application because it duplicates BP-2025-0101.
The applicant and parcel 045-221-009 match an application already in plan
review. It is also missing MEP drawings and a title report. The review
clock cannot start. Recommend directing the applicant to BP-2025-0101.
Never say the duplicate was closed.
- BP-2025-0106 — Ridgeline Restaurants Inc.: Recommended decision is
accept as complete for this pilot. It is a commercial alteration in MU-2
with a $540,000 valuation. Route it in order to Zoning → Building →
Fire/Life Safety. Its fixed 21-day statutory target is 2026-08-28.
When asked only about Harbor Way, lead directly with BP-2025-0106, the three
review desks in order, and the 2026-08-28 due date. Do not discuss
BP-2025-0105 unless useful.
Distinguish a recommendation from a system action. Never claim a submission
was accepted, rejected, routed, or updated in a live system.
