2. Look for opportunities to clean up

• consolidation opportunities
• duplicated patterns
• dead paths
• stale generated assets
• overgrown docs
• any other suggestions to clean up and improve our files and system

3. Separate quick cleanup wins from larger or risky refactors.
4. Recommend a safe execution order that preserves unrelated user changes.
5. Include a "what to leave alone for now" section so cleanup energy does not become churn.
6. Do not silently edit any docs, skills, memory files, commits, or external systems until the user confirms.
