- Volume: setter handles 50-200 applications / week, books 20-50 calls / week for closer
- Question count: 6-8 questions
- Completion target: 35-45%

- Disqualification: moderate — screen out obviously wrong-fit, pass edge cases to setter judgment

- Volume: 100-500 applications / week from paid + organic
- Question count: 4-5 questions

- Intent: remove friction, capture minimum signal, rely on Call Brief + closer discipline
- Disqualification: light — only obvious wrong-fit rejected
Archetype Selection Decision Tree
IF offer tier $10K-$50K AND founder runs own sales AND prospect volume manageable:

- Captures aspirational language for Stage 4/5 mechanism-matching
Signal 5 — Timeline
- "How urgent is solving this — next 30 days, 90 days, or exploring?"
- Flags tire-kickers (anyone saying "exploring")
- Flags over-eager buyers (anyone saying "need this yesterday" — refund risk)
Signal 6 — Budget Awareness
- "Our programs range from $[low] to $[high]. Is that within what you're prepared to invest to solve this?"
- Direct budget check (A1) or indirect budget probe (A2/A3)
- Filters insufficient-budget prospects before calendar
Signal 7 — Commitment Signal
- "On a scale of 1-10, how committed are you to solving this in the next 90 days?"
- Or: "If we showed you the solution today and it was the right fit, could you start this week?"
- Filters prospects who are window-shopping vs buyers
Signal 8 — Decision Process
- "Who else is involved in this decision?"
- "What's your typical process for a decision like this?"
- Pre-flags spouse / partner / team objections (OBJ-S01-S03)
Disqualification Logic Model
Every application has explicit DQ logic. Prospects hit DQ -> auto-redirected to low-ticket nurture sequence OR rejected politely with a different offer referral.
A1 High-Barrier DQ criteria
- Revenue stage below $[X]/month (if revenue-gating)
- Timeline = "exploring" (not ready to commit)
- Budget awareness = "no" / below tier (if budget-gated)
- Commitment score <= 6 (not committed enough)
- Decision process = "need 3 months to decide" (not buyer, researcher)

A2 Medium-Barrier DQ criteria
- Obvious wrong industry / stage mismatch
- Timeline = "not sure" AND Commitment <= 5
- Budget = explicit "no"
A3 Low-Barrier DQ criteria
- Only reject obvious spam / bot / wrong-industry
DQ Handoff Flow
- DQ result 1 (wrong stage) -> redirect to

Conditional Branching Model
Not every prospect sees every question. A1 and A2 use conditional branching to keep the form shorter for different prospect types:

- If Signal 5 (timeline) = "exploring" -> skip Signals 6-8, auto-DQ to nurture

- A3 skips direct budget entirely (tier is baked into the VSL / landing page context)
The Commitment-Score Discipline
- Every archetype captures commitment signal (Signal 7)
- A1: 1-10 scale with explicit threshold (>= 7 passes)
- A2: open-ended with pattern-match analysis

The Kickoff-Calendar Flow

Tacit Principles

Every question earns its place. 9 questions that capture strong signal beats 15 questions with 3 useless ones. Every question maps to a Signal category.

The form is part of the close. Prospects who articulate their pain + desired outcome + budget + commitment in writing are already 40% committed before the call. A good form does 40% of the closer's work.

DQ is a feature, not a loss. Rejecting unqualified prospects protects closer time + funnel economics. DQ-to-nurture converts at 8-15% over 90 days — not a loss, a deferred win.

Conditional branching is psychological pacing. A form that reads "you're qualified, here's the calendar" after budget confirmation builds commitment momentum. A form that asks 15 questions in a flat grid loses half the qualified prospects.
