Review the code with focus on these 4 areas:
1. SOLID Violations
- Single Responsibility: does each module/class do ONE thing?
- Open/Closed: can it be extended without modification?
- Liskov Substitution: are subtypes interchangeable?
- Interface Segregation: are interfaces minimal?

- Large payloads without pagination
- Synchronous operations that should be async
4. Error Handling & Edge Cases
- Missing error handling at system boundaries
- Empty arrays/null values not handled
- Network failure scenarios
- Concurrent modification scenarios
- Input validation at API boundaries
