- Value Risk: Will customers use it/pay for it?
- Usability Risk: Can they figure out how to use it?
- Feasibility Risk: Can we build it with current tech/time?
- Viability Risk: Does it work for our business model?
Prioritization: Map the extracted assumptions on a 2x2 grid (Impact x Evidence) to prioritize the crucial unknown risks.
Experiment Design: For the highest priority assumptions, propose lightweight, lean experiments to validate them before building code.
