Encodes the optimal RivetOS memory recall discipline across all agents (rivet-claude, rivet-hermes, grok). Prefers time-bounded browse with window= first, multi-angle search + trigram fallback, and cross-agent awareness.
'Quick recall of everything from today (local time). Use when user says "what happened today", "anything today about X", "show me today\'s work", or similar time-bounded requests for the current day.'
'Quick recall of everything from yesterday (local time). Use on "what did we do yesterday", "yesterday\'s changes", "check yesterday for X", etc.'
Auto-load this when the user asks about anything from a past conversation or a specific time window — "what did we do this morning / yesterday / today / recently / earlier / last week", "check memory", "do you remember", "have we seen this before", "what was that thing we tried", "did we already…", "what was the IP/MAC/password of X".
