- **Morph Cloud** — branchable sandboxed VMs per paper

## GF(3) Conservation
Each paper's trit = `(seed mod 3) - 1`:
- Papers 1,4,7,... → MINUS (-1)
- Papers 2,5,8,... → ERGODIC (0)
- Papers 3,6,9,... → PLUS (+1)
114 papers: 38 each → Σ = 0 ✓ CONSERVED
