When invoked without user text, load playbooks/zero-input-defaults.md and execute Evolve. Use the current application as the subject and state the derived transformation goal.
Inspect the existing application before proposing changes. Identify the current user job, needless steps, durable constraints, and the decisive outcome. Then run:
