Workflow
1. Gather Info (parallel)
Collect read-only evidence with fixed argv calls: current branch and commit range from Git, repository and existing-PR metadata from GitHub, remote head presence, and the base-to-head diff summary. Resolve branch names to literal argv values before each call; never interpolate a shell command string.
2. Extract Ticket ID
From branch name, extract ticket ID using [A-Z][A-Z0-9]+-\d+ (default: [A-Z]+-\d+):

Regex: first match of [A-Z][A-Z0-9]+-\d+ — take first match. Strip trailing -N suffixes.
Note: \| in the table above is Markdown table escaping. Actual ERE uses unescaped |. Only AI is \b-bounded — it prevents bare AI from matching inside ordinary words ("maintainer", "domain") under -i. GPT and OpenAI are intentionally left unbounded so they still match inside ChatGPT / GPT-4 (no English word contains "gpt").
4b. AI Content Sanitization
After generating title and body (Step 3-4), scan for forbidden patterns and sanitize before any output or execution. Applies to all modes: dry-run/execute, create/update, --title override.
Title sanitization (regenerate/fail):

If match found → regenerate title from commits (1 attempt, without AI attribution)

5a. Update Mode
When an existing PR is detected (or --update is passed):
Step 1: Fetch current PR state with a fixed GitHub PR-view argv call using the literal PR number from pre-flight.
Step 2: Re-generate title and body from latest commits (same logic as Steps 2-4 above, using full commit range base..head). Apply Step 4b AI Content Sanitization on the re-generated content before proceeding.

Step 4: Decision — if both title and body are unchanged → report "PR is already up to date" and STOP.
If changes detected, show the diff and decide what to update:
Title changed significantly: include the new title in the preview. Criteria: the conventional prefix changes from fix to feat, or the ticket ID changes.
Title changed trivially: explicitly ask the user — "Title changed slightly. Update?" (show a before-and-after comparison). Criteria: only the summary text after [TYPE]: [[TICKET]] differs.
Body changed: always update (body reflects commit history, should stay current)
When --title is passed: override title regardless of diff
Step 5: Output:
Return a structured mutation preview containing the exact repository, PR number, changed fields, literal argv array, body byte length, and SHA-256. Do not emit a copy-paste shell command. Stop after the preview.
6. Output (dry-run, default) — Create Mode
Return the exact repository, literal head and base branches, sanitized title, body byte length and SHA-256, plus the fixed GitHub PR-create argv preview. Stop without mutation.
7. Mutation execution
A later task may consume the exact preview. Immediately revalidate repository identity, branch OIDs, existing PR state, sanitized payload hash, and argv before one create or edit call. Report the resulting PR URL and identifiers.
7b. Post-creation Verify (execute-only)
Fetch the published title and body read-only, then apply the same forbidden-pattern scan. If a leak remains, report the exact mismatch, prepare a new sanitized edit preview, and stop. Never retry automatically.
