Check the tool list for TITLES tools (names contain titles_). If missing, hand off to the titles-setup skill and stop — never fall back to a non-TITLES tool.

Get the motion they want (camera move, subject action) — the image already provides the look, so the prompt is the movement, not the scene. If they want a particular clip style, match a video model with titles_search_models({ operator: "img2VidNode" }) and pass its model_id; otherwise the one call with the still's lets the server pick a default. Video is priced per second and quotes for approval before anything runs.
