Use this skill when the user provides an arXiv ID (e.g., arXiv:2508.12856) and asks to read, analyze, or extract equations from the paper. Activates for literature review, equation extraction, paper understanding, and cross-referencing tasks in academic research contexts.

Search for papers that cite a given arXiv paper on INSPIRE-HEP, cache the citation list, filter by topic, and optionally read matching papers. Trigger when the user asks to find papers citing a specific arXiv paper, especially "在引用 arxiv:... 的文献中搜索XXX", "look for XXX from those cited arxiv:...", "find papers citing arxiv:... about XXX", etc.

Use for ARC research workflows involving paper metadata, arXiv full text, INSPIRE references and citers, paper section lookup, equation context, LLM paper summaries, research-domain construction from seed papers, and checking Markdown/PDF research notes.
