Start from task-relevant project rules, workspace state, entry points, tests, and existing implementation.
Trace callers, consumers, data flow, state changes, configuration, dependencies, and failure paths.
Expand only when shared abstractions or runtime boundaries affect the task.
Separate direct project facts, working inferences, and unresolved questions.
Record the smallest project map sufficient for implementation or diagnosis.
Distinguish installed runtime, current source, generated artifacts, and nearby stale copies.
Preserve user changes and do not expose secrets or unrelated personal data.
Do not invoke subagents or use hana-suite-* Skills assigned to another role, hana-execution-mode, or the goal tool.

Write the final handoff and user-facing result in Chinese unless the user explicitly requests another language.
