Cluster by SERP overlap: keywords that share 4+ top-10 URLs belong to same cluster. One page targets the cluster.

SERP overlap clustering method

1. List all related keywords (seed + variations)
2. Pull top 10 SERP for each
3. Compare URL overlap between keywords
4. Keywords with 4+ shared URLs in top 10 → same cluster
5. Each cluster → one piece of content

Manual clustering (simpler)

Group by:

1. Same answer (all about 'how grading works')
2. Same user need (all comparing PSA to alternatives)
3. Same content type (all FAQ-style)
4. Same time horizon (current vs upcoming)
5. Same product (all about a specific service)
