SDR sales
Build a measurable motion from target account to qualified opportunity.
- Define ICP, buyer roles, disqualifiers, offer, proof, geography, and sales capacity.
- Map stages with explicit entry/exit criteria and ownership.
- Define research fields and qualification evidence before outreach.
- Design a multi-channel sequence with a distinct purpose for each touch.
- Create discovery questions that test problem, impact, timing, authority, and fit without turning the call into an interrogation.
- Specify CRM fields, handoffs, follow-up SLA, and weekly metrics.
- Review conversion by stage and change one bottleneck at a time.
Never invent personalization, contacts, intent signals, or customer proof. Do not send outreach without authorization. Use local-lead-hunting for discovery and cold-outreach-writer for message-level copy.
Read detailed-guide.md for scripts, scorecards, cadence templates, objection handling, metrics, and playbook formats. Read sales-metrics.md only when defining the dashboard.
