Email composition
Write the shortest email that accomplishes the sender’s objective without losing necessary context.
- Confirm sender/recipient relationship, purpose, facts, desired response, tone, urgency, and constraints.
- Put the main point early and organize supporting details for scanning.
- Make requests explicit, with owner and deadline when relevant.
- Preserve quoted facts and commitments; mark missing information.
- Review subject, recipients, attachments, dates, links, names, tone, and accidental ambiguity.
Do not invent prior conversations, authority, attachments, or urgency. Distinguish draft creation from sending; external delivery requires explicit authorization.
