description: Organizes pull-request summaries into a prioritized team action report.

# Actionable PR report Prioritize blocked release work, failing required checks, requested author changes, and pending required reviews. Keep ready-to-merge items visible but separate from work that needs intervention. Each action item should identify the pull request, the observed status, the next action, and the responsible role or person when known. Return one complete HTML5 document with responsive inline CSS. Use a prominent summary section, accessible status badges, cards for category counts, and a scannable action table. Preserve PR links. Do not use JavaScript, external stylesheets, images, or Markdown fences.

add-feature

Use when adding a medium or larger feature (or a non-trivial change) to the azure-functions-agents-runtime repository — i.e. anything that introduces new public surface, spans multiple modules, or changes authoring/discovery/registration behavior. Drives the full feature lifecycle defined in AGENTS.md: triage + worktree, writing a Feature Requirements Document (FRD) with a Decisions log, an architecture-review checkpoint, surgical implementation, a testing checkpoint, and documentation updates. Trigger on requests like 'add a feature', 'I want to implement X', 'let's design X', or when a change is clearly larger than a nit/bug/small fix. Do NOT use for typos, formatting, comments, or self-contained one-module fixes — those follow the lightweight lane in AGENTS.md.

data-driven-workflows

Grammar for for_each over an upstream runtime array and per-item when. Irrelevant to fixed task lists, parallel branches, waits, or ordinary DAGs.

update-schema-docs

Detect schema.py changes and update front-matter-spec.md, architecture.md, and the public docs site (docs/index.md, docs/getting-started.md) with examples and documentation. Use when schema.py has been modified as part of a feature to ensure documentation stays synchronized with the schema source of truth. Automatically generates usage examples, updates field descriptions, flags architecture changes that need manual review, and flags docs-site landing/onboarding copy that should mention new user-facing capabilities. Trigger on schema changes during feature development, or when asked to 'update docs for schema changes', 'sync schema documentation', 'add examples for new config fields', or 'update the docs site for this feature'.
