Use this skill whenever Hannah says "add this article to in-the-weeds", "publish [slug] to the repo", "mirror [URL] into the learning repo", "add the [slug] article", or runs /add-substack-article-to-repo. Also use when she pastes a Substack URL (https://...substack.com/p/... or any /p/ pattern) and asks to bring it into the repo.
