Purpose

Enable Claude to assist with cloud security assessments across AWS, Azure, and GCP, container and Kubernetes security hardening, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes manifests) scanning, and cloud compliance reporting against CIS Benchmarks and major frameworks.

v3.0 Enhancements (2026 Update)

Attack-path-driven cloud security:

• Identity is the perimeter — enumerate privilege-escalation paths (over-permissive roles, iam:PassRole, wildcard actions, cross-account trust, OIDC federation to CI/CD). Think in attack paths (CNAPP/CSPM-style), not isolated misconfigs.
• Instance metadata — require IMDSv2 with hop-limit 1 on AWS; validate Azure/GCP metadata protections against SSRF (ties to Skill 09).
• Kubernetes 2026 — Pod Security Admission (baseline/restricted), workload identity (EKS Pod Identity / GKE Workload Identity / AKS), no cluster-admin to default SA, network policies default-deny, and admission control (OPA/Gatekeeper, Kyverno).
• CI/CD & supply chain — secrets in pipelines, OIDC trust to cloud, artifact signing (Sigstore/cosign), SLSA provenance, and Terraform state file exposure.
• Runtime — eBPF runtime detection (Falco/Tetragon) for container escape and crypto-mining; map findings to MITRE ATT&CK for Cloud/Containers.

Precision rule: report each finding as misconfig → reachable identity/data → blast radius, with the exact CLI/IaC fix.
