# TidyFactor PHP (Modern Server-Rendered Modular Monolith)
A command dispatcher for full-stack server-rendered PHP monoliths. This router declares commands and workflows without performing execution directly.

## Non-Negotiable Invariants
1. **Contextual Decision Layer (CDL)**: Resolve monolith baselines via `/brief` or `.tidyfactor/php-brief.md` before emitting code.
2. **Server-Side Rendered PHP**: Browser communicates directly with PHP. No SPA or headless React layers.
3. **Medoo Prepared Statements**: Never concatenate SQL queries directly. Use Medoo parameterized bindings.
4. **Strict Types & PSR-12**: Every PHP file must declare `declare(strict_types=1);` with explicit typing.
5. **7-Axis Pre-Emit Critique**: All generated code must be evaluated with `/* Pre-emit critique: P5 H5 E5 S5 R5 V5 D5 */`.
