- Extract token: 从 URL

read 操作获取标题、纯文本内容、块统计

feishu-doc 的写入操作存在以下问题，因此已禁用：
create 和 write 分离，容易创建空文档- 表格格式不支持
- 位置控制弱（容易创建到错误位置）
- 无原子性保证
