Character Delivery Review
Review actual pixels at useful resolution before delivery.
Input Contract
Require generated A/B/C image paths, prompts, dimensions, art-direction records, and anatomy plans.
Human IP QA Contract
For each candidate image, verify:
- Output format & View: Expected A/B/C full-body candidate in its planned
1:1 or 2:3 format. Must be strict straight-on front view (全身正视图). Reject any side views, 3/4 profiles, back views, or dynamic poses that rotate the torso away from the camera.
- Head & Facial Integrity: Natural facial symmetry, focused gaze, no distorted pupils, no uncanny facial artifacts, glasses resting naturally.
- Hands & Fingers: Exactly 5 distinct fingers per hand (or 4 if explicitly designed in 4-finger chibi cartoon mode), natural knuckles, no fused fingers or extra digits. Hands must be 100% empty and relaxed; strictly reject candidates with handheld props, tools, bags, phones, tablets, or weapons in hand.
- Limbs & Joints: Plausible shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee articulations; clean neck-to-torso attachment; grounded weight balance; no floating limbs or third arms/legs.
- Garments & Bespoke Styling: Verify that the wardrobe is a bespoke, high-concept original costume system matching the direction theme. Strictly reject candidates that merely copy mundane casual clothing (plain t-shirts, pajamas, everyday office shirts) from the reference photo. Clean fabric drape, clear separation between clothing and skin, single full-body character with safety margins, no background clutter, text, logo, watermark, or second person.
- Characterization & Bold Artistry: Verify that the 3–5 planned identity anchors remain legible without requiring the photographed outfit. Verify that A (气场觉醒), B (平行宇宙), and C (潮玩先锋) each represent a bold, complete original character system with no conservative fallbacks. Verify that B/C each differ from A in at least three of silhouette, costume system, palette logic, world role and material language.
- Pure Stylization & Anti-Photorealism: Verify that the image is a stylized character IP (3D vinyl collectible, stylized sculpture, anime, illustration) and strictly does NOT look like a real person photo, live action portrait, or realistic human skin texture. Reject realistic photographic portraits immediately.
Reject and return only a failing candidate image to character-candidate-renderer. Never excuse human anatomy errors or realism as creative stylization.
High-art photo policy & Pure Stylized IP
When a photo or material was part of intake, treat it as an identity anchor and verify that
the output is an original, materially stylized character rather than a portrait
replica. Reject photographic skin/lighting texture, near-realistic facial rendering, or an unchanged source pose
that overwhelms the chosen art direction. Reject candidates that merely replicate
the photographed everyday clothing, bedroom background, or pose, as well as any
boring/conservative fallback styling lacking creative wardrobe design, or any design with handheld props. Reject any design
that copies a supplied reference character's distinctive visual combination.
Delivery Contract
- Show candidates only after their actual pixels pass QA. Show approved images first with short captions.
- Include the complete guided revision footer produced by
character_director.py::build_post_delivery_message.
- Provide clickable absolute links to both the Person Form Library (PG) and Rendering Media Library (MS).
- An A/B/C choice alone is not final and leaves the revision round open.
- Only an explicit final confirmation paired with a candidate (e.g. “满意 A”, “A 就这个”, “C 定稿”) delivers exactly one QA-approved image to
<target-project-root>/assets/character-ip/character.png.
