Overview

把每个镜头塑造成峰值张力处的"动作中"抓拍:2-4 秒、单一核心动作、微表情按毫米量化,不用"然后/之后",不贴情绪标签。

When to Use

• 设计单镜动作骨架、避免一镜多动作或流水账叙述时。

Structure Rules:

1. Mid-action snapshot: freeze at peak tension, never "then/after"
2. 2-4s per shot, ONE core action
3. Micro-expression: physiological with specific measurements (e.g. brow furrowed Xmm, pupil dilation Xmm — you decide the numbers based on intensity), never emotional labels (happy/sad)

Example

• ✗ "she gets angry then leaves" (uses "then", two actions, an emotion label).
• ✓ Mid-action freeze, ONE action: "[char1] slams the mug onto the table — peak tension; brow furrowed 4mm, jaw clenched, pupil 3mm; 2.5s."

Common Mistakes

• 用"然后/之后"串联多动作 → 冻结在单一核心动作的峰值瞬间。
• 用 happy/sad 情绪标签 → 改为眉头 Xmm、瞳孔 Xmm 等生理量化。
