These tests invoke actual skills/commands with READ-ONLY operations.
Test: /search-vault Command
This tests the semantic search and grep functionality:

Expected: Returns at least 1 result from permanent notes

Success criteria:
Command executes without error
Returns at least 1 search result

Tests 3-layer semantic search:

Expected: Returns layered results with connections
