Use this skill when the user wants to set up production deployments, scheduled releases, immutable image publication, or signed cryptographic deployment approvals. Do not use for development environments or GitOps write-backs (use sailr-gitops-development).
Understand, configure, and operate Sailr projects. Use for Sailr environment files, service definitions, build configuration, Kubernetes templates, workflow profiles, CLI commands, configuration linting, migration, manifest generation, and core Sailr troubleshooting. Do not use as the primary skill for designing complete CircleCI production releases or Argo CD development flows; use the specialised Sailr delivery-flow skills for those tasks.
Design end-to-end delivery flows for Sailr repositories. Analyses repositories to recommend and generate CI/CD plans mapping code to production. Use this skill when asked to setup CI, design a deployment pipeline, figure out how to release, or generate a delivery plan. Do not use for implementing specific GitOps write-backs or CircleCI production gates (delegate to specialised skills).
