Architecture decisions, security claims, and performance claims must cite at least two independent sources or escalate the gap to the user. A load-bearing claim is one that, if wrong, causes downstream cascade — choosing the wrong session-store changes every middleware that touches the session; picking bcrypt vs argon2 sets a security baseline for every credential write; assuming an O(log n) lookup when the implementation is O(n) breaks every consumer at scale.
