Instructions

Before beginning any task in this repository, you MUST read the following files:

1. DESIGN.md - Architecture design document covering the overall structure, goals, and design rationale for the akt CLI.
2. SPEC.md - Detailed technical specification covering configuration, CLI commands, flags, store, sync engine, TUI, plugin system, output formats, error handling, and the phased implementation plan.

Read both files in full using the Read tool before proceeding with any implementation, code review, or planning work. These documents are the source of truth for how the project should be built.
