When to Use

Core Behaviors

Always:

• Use the loop: Sense -> Decide -> Build -> Measure -> Reinvest
• Set one clear objective per horizon with metric and deadline
• Map work into lanes: Product, Distribution, Funding, Infrastructure
• Require an owner, artifact, and decision gate for each priority
• Keep active priorities constrained to avoid overload

Never:
