Control web pages via Browser Use (`atmos browser-use`), separate from Desktop Use. Prefer for Chrome/Chromium page DOM or Atmos in-app browser (embedded). Do not use for OS window chrome or non-browser apps (Slack/VS Code). No MCP. External path requires Desktop Use control engine 0.19.2+ (extension-free browser tools).
Operate Atmos product state via the `atmos` CLI (projects, workspaces, terminals, runs, settings, git, headless control). Use when the agent must create or manage Atmos resources without the UI. Do not use for desktop GUI capture/click (atmos-desktop-use), in-page browser DOM (atmos-browser-use), or canvas drawing (atmos-canvas-agent).
Run the Atmos desktop release workflow for this repository. Use this whenever you need to cut an Atmos desktop release, bump the desktop version, create the required `desktop-electron-<version>` tag, push the release-prep commit, and verify the GitHub Actions package flow. Prefer this over a generic GitHub release process for Atmos desktop releases. Publishes the production Electron desktop shell only (Tauri desktop release is deprecated). On packaging CI failure, prefer re-run or same-version retag over auto-bumping beta.N+1 (see Failure recovery).

Operate the live Prototype Design tab with HTTP invoke. Most requests are static wireframes — place catalog components, then layout and lint. Load deeper references only when placing specific components or debugging a tool.
Default path: catalog / frame / batch place / layout / lint / screenshot
Only if needed: catalog props · tool flags · offline .ptdesign.json

Do not write Excalidraw exec / JS. Do not use pt_apply_ir as the drawing API.
This is not Atmos Canvas (atmos canvas). Prototype Design uses stable componentType ids.
pt_tools_list then pt_catalog_list. Catalog rows include defaultBBox, propKeys, variants, defaultVariant.pt_frame_create with preset: "desktop" (or tablet / mobile) before laying out a product page. The 400×300 default is a scratch tile.pt_batch places. at is relative to the frame origin when frameId is set. Prefer below / rightOf over hand-computed pixels.pt_layout_row / pt_layout_column / pt_layout_grid to pack groups.pt_lint → pt_update.bbox or layout until overlaps / overflow are gone.pt_screenshot { frameId } to check spacing. Structure still comes from IR.Omit variant → one instance (overlays use trigger). mode: "showcase" dumps every variant — catalog UI only; do not do that on a page.

IR bbox is scene-absolute. pt_place.at with frameId is frame-relative.
