Derive narrative, scorecards, figures, and provenance from completed immutable artifacts. Include model/weather/data/tariff status, baseline, period, comfort/readiness definition, claim boundary, and known gaps beside headline results.
Use "validation leader" for a constrained evaluation result rather than implying a field winner. Do not create a corrected historical scoreboard if required arm data are missing; disclose the limitation. Commit compact derived reports, code, and source-traceable CSV/SVG/PNG outputs, not raw multi-GB EnergyPlus trees or private telemetry.
