Updater plugin is present and configured.
Startup readiness signaling is implemented.
Compatibility gate command passes for target channel.
Release type gate confirms OTA eligibility.
Security scan and test suite pass for touched areas.
Rollback bundle and trigger thresholds are defined.
Monitoring owner and timeline are explicit.
