Send a completion notification after a task finishes by running ~/.claude/bin/notify_done.sh.
This skill wraps the unified notification dispatcher which supports SMS (Twilio), WhatsApp, and desktop channels.
This skill owns notification delivery only. Global and workspace policy own when completion notifications are required and what task state counts as complete.
No configuration needed. Uses osascript or terminal-notifier.

If the notification send fails, report the exact error and still return the completed task output. If environment variables or phone formats are invalid, correct inputs before retrying. Do not retry more than twice without changing inputs or approach.
Use ~/.claude/bin/notify_done.sh.
