Title [Concise, descriptive ticket title.]
Problem [A first-principles problem statement. Clearly define the technical gap, logic failure, or architectural misalignment. Avoid fluff.]
To Do [A prioritized, bulleted list of actionable next steps. These steps should come from the task description or discussion. Do not come up with your own ideas. List the most impactful solution first. If no technical path is clear, leave this section blank.]
