Coco does not ship this skill because the upstream has no licence file, so it points to the original instead. The name prd-mastery stays so /prd-mastery still resolves. Upstream calls the skill ba-prd-skills.

Review the upstream repository before you run its installer; Coco does not vet or pin it.
