# Diminution Rebuttal Draft an expert rebuttal to a diminution-in-value claim, CPR Part 35-aware, in Collision Engineers house style. **Governance: expert/legal output.** Produces an "AI-assisted draft" until a named human (engineer) signs off; no autonomous external send. Uses `../ce-house-style` for logo, layout, and tone (see `docs/security/role_model.md`). The full method, the 13-point argument framework, and the house-style rules are in `projecttext.md`. ## Status Lifecycle (version / eval / redaction / run-logging) pending the substrate in `docs/plans/ai-platform-tools/`.
