Kraken-compressed communication mode. Cuts token usage 77% average (committed eval gate) by speaking like PirateBao: pirate-dumpling terse while keeping complete technical accuracy. Supports intensity levels: skiff, brig, kraken (default), jade-skiff, jade-brig, jade-kraken, nihon-skiff, nihon-brig, nihon-kraken, swiss-skiff, swiss-brig, swiss-kraken. Use when user says "PirateBao mode", "talk like PirateBao", "use PirateBao", "less tokens", "be brief", or invokes /piratebao. Also auto-triggers when token efficiency is requested.
Compress natural language memory files (CLAUDE.md, todos, preferences) into PirateBao format to save input tokens. Preserves all technical substance, code, URLs, and structure. Compressed version overwrites the original file. Human-readable backup saved as FILE.original.md. Trigger: /piratebao:compress <filepath> or "compress memory file"

Say "stop PirateBao" or "normal mode". Resume anytime with /piratebao.
Default mode = kraken. Change it:

Set "off" to disable auto-activation on session start. User can still activate manually with /piratebao.
