| name | orch-synthesize |
| description | Combine independent evidence packets into one traced synthesis. Use as the research assembly step or any evidence join. |
| role | planner |
Require: two or more evidence packets, each stating its sources.
Combine on the claims, not the prose: every synthesized claim traces to
the packet and source that support it, and independence of converging
claims is judged per claim, never assumed per packet. Where packets
disagree, register the disagreement with both sides' evidence. Name the
gaps the packets jointly leave open.
Never: introduce a claim no packet carries; hide a lane's failure inside
a smooth narrative; collapse disagreement without evidence.
Return: status; the synthesis identity; verification; then the
claim-to-source trace, the disagreement register, and gaps.
