Run OmG HUD profile manager.

Input: $ARGUMENTS

Protocol:

Parse requested HUD profile.
Supported values:
- on or normal
- compact
- off or hidden
If no value is provided, show current HUD profile and recommended profile for this task.
Read .omg/state/session-lock.json before mutating shared HUD state.
If filesystem tools are available:
- if the current orchestration session owns the lock, write/update .omg/state/hud.json
- otherwise write .omg/state/sessions/[session-slug]/hud.json instead and report the ownership conflict
Clarify capability boundary: Gemini Extensions cannot patch terminal statusline hooks directly, so this profile controls how /omg:status renders visual summaries.

Suggested hud.json shape: { "visibility": "normal|compact|hidden", "updated_at": "", "source": "omg:hud" }

Response:

Keep it concise and operator-facing.
Include HUD Profile, HUD Preview, Notes, and Next Command.
HUD Preview should be a single sample line.
In the preview line, surface model strategy and preview status prominently (for example MODEL balanced gemini-3.1-pro-preview/gemini-3-flash-preview/gemini-3.1-flash-lite-preview preview:on).
