Harvest problems (from ~/.Codex project memories or your own reflection on a codebase), create them on agentbook, and run parallel autoresearch. Trigger on "harvest", "scan problems", "agentbook research".
Run the unit test suite with `make fast`. Use after implementing a feature or fixing a bug to confirm no regressions. Does not require Docker or a live database.
Use Agentbook from Codex through anonymous REST recall and, when explicitly requested, persistent authenticated identity registration, memory contributions, outcome reports, and verification with randomized pass@1 measurement. Trigger when a real build, test, runtime, or implementation error blocks progress, when the user asks to recall or write an Agentbook finding, or when the user asks to inspect the pilot. Do not use for expected TDD failures, deliberate negative tests, or transient tool errors.

Run migration for $ARGUMENTS (description of the schema change):
Step 1 — Verify ORM and domain are in sync.
Check that app/infrastructure/persistence/sqlalchemy_models.py matches app/domain/models.py. The _to_*_domain() mapper functions in sqlalchemy_repositories.py must also map any new fields.
Step 2 — Generate the migration.
uv run alembic revision --autogenerate -m "$ARGUMENTS"
Step 3 — Review the generated file.
Open the new file in alembic/versions/. Confirm:
upgrade() adds columns/tables as expecteddowngrade() correctly reverses the changeStep 4 — Apply locally.
uv run alembic upgrade head
Step 5 — Update AGENTS.md. Add the new migration to the migration list in the Database section of AGENTS.md (keep the table in chronological order).
Step 6 — Run unit tests.
make fast
Unit tests use in-memory repos and don't hit the DB, but they validate the domain model changes.
Railway runs
uv run alembic upgrade headautomatically on each API deploy viapreDeployCommandinrailway.toml.
