サイトのアクセシビリティ・ユーザビリティ・情報設計・デザインの点検。ローカルサーバを代表ページ分だけ巡回して axe・キーボード走査・実寸のスクリーンショットで測り、機械で拾えない部分は目で見る。「デザインを見てほしい」「アクセシビリティをチェックして」「情報設計を点検して」「見づらいところを探して」と頼まれたときに使う。個別の issue の実装は issue-workflow が担当。

GitHub issue 番号を渡されたときのサイト改修の進め方。issue を読む → あるべき論を実データ付きで合意 → 実装 → 生成物で検証 → PR → 動作確認サーバの URL と確認ポイントを提示 → CI 合否を確認、までを1往復で行う。「#2572 着手して」「この issue やって」と頼まれたときに使う。記事の公開は publish-qiita、タグ整理は tag-maintenance が担当。

タグの親子オントロジー（source/_data/tag_ontology.yml）の整合性チェック・増分追記と、タグの名寄せ・統合の手順。タグ整理、名寄せ、タグ統合、オントロジー更新を頼まれたときに使う。
