Debugging Workflow

1. Check service status: docker compose ps
2. View logs: docker compose logs -f <service>
3. Check health: docker compose exec <service> healthcheck-command
4. Inspect network: docker compose exec envoy curl -s http://<service>:<port>/health

Reaching the Stack from the claudex Sandbox

Every service's output reaches the journal of hippocampus-compose.service.

Each line keeps the <service>-1 | prefix docker compose up writes, so grep selects one service the way docker compose logs <service> would.
