Internally triggered retrospective learning paradigm for neural networks. Instead of continuous externally-driven weight updates, parameter modifications are governed by internally generated events from the network's own representational dynamics. Uses latent trace accumulation, internal predictive process, and adaptive discrepancy thresholding to trigger sparse, episodic learning events.
