Pick up a Claude Code session a teammate handed off to you — load the shared context and become the session's driver. Run after `npx choir-cli take`.
Hand the driver's seat to a teammate (usage: /choir:handoff <name>). They continue the session on their machine with the shared context; you become a viewer.
Change a teammate's permission in the shared session (usage: /choir:scope <name> view|suggest|write).
